Beogram 4002 (5513): Replacing the RPM Indicator Light Bulbs with LEDs

After rebuilding the PCBs of the Beogram 4002 (5513) that I am restoring right now, it was time to replace the incandescent light bulbs in the RPM indicator panels. I think it is a good idea to replace these bulbs with cooler running LEDs since the potentiometers that control the RPM do not heat up this way. This can have beneficial impact on the stability of the DC motor control system reducing thermal drift over time. I designed small drop-in ready SMD LED based circuits that have red/green LEDs tuned to emit incandescent lookalike light while containing red photons needed to properly illuminate the red plastic RPM indicators:
These units can be directly soldered in to the spaces that normally hold the light bulbs. This shows the RPM panel take out:
